Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Red Beauty and Lace Installation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and facilities located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting our salon, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Our Services

Red Beauty and Lace Installation provides professional beauty services including:

  • Human hair and synthetic wig installation
  • Lace front wig installation and customization
  • Wig cutting, styling, and coloring
  • Wig maintenance and repair services
  • Hair consultation and styling advice
  • At-home service appointments (subject to availability)

All services are performed by trained professionals using quality products and equipment.

Appointments and Booking

Booking Policy

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via phone or in-person
  • We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance
  • Appointment confirmation will be provided via phone or SMS
  • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your appointment
  • Late cancellations (less than 4 hours) may incur a 50% service fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Lateness Policy

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  • Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time
Payment Terms

Payment Methods

  • Cash payments accepted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB)
  • Mobile money transfers (M-Birr, HelloCash, etc.)
  • Bank transfers for larger services

Pricing and Fees

  • Service prices are subject to change without notice
  • Consultation fees may apply for complex customizations
  • Additional charges may apply for premium products or extended services
  • All prices include applicable taxes

Deposits and Refunds

  • Deposits may be required for expensive services or custom orders
  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future services
  • Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or defective products
Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information about hair condition, allergies, and previous treatments
  • Arrive with clean hair unless otherwise instructed
  • Follow pre-service and post-service care instructions
  • Inform us immediately of any discomfort or adverse reactions
  • Treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
  • Take responsibility for personal belongings during your visit
  • Provide honest feedback about services received
Health and Safety

Health Conditions

  • Inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities
  • Disclose any medications that may affect hair or scalp
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if health risks are present

Hygiene Standards

  • All tools and equipment are sanitized between clients
  • We maintain high cleanliness standards in all areas
  • Single-use items are disposed of properly after each service

COVID-19 Precautions

  • Follow current health guidelines and regulations
  • Clients may be required to wear masks during services
  • Temperature checks may be conducted upon arrival
Liability and Disclaimers

Service Results

  • Results may vary based on individual hair type and condition
  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or longevity of services
  • Color results may differ from expectations due to hair porosity and condition

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products
  • Clients assume responsibility for following aftercare instructions
  • We are not liable for damage to personal property
Intellectual Property and Photography
  • We may photograph services for portfolio and marketing purposes
  • Client consent will be obtained before using photos publicly
  • Clients may request that photos not be used for marketing
  • All website content, logos, and branding are our intellectual property
  • Clients may not reproduce or use our content without permission
Privacy and Data Protection

  • Client information is kept confidential and secure

Termination of Services

  • Non-payment or repeated late payments

  • Any behavior that disrupts our business operations
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
